At ClassWear Uniforms, we want every family to be satisfied with their purchase. If you need a different size or are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

• Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. 
• Merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. 
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, damage, or excessive use are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items to ClassWear Uniforms. 
• For approved exchanges, ClassWear Uniforms will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item back to the customer. 

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. 
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Incorrect or Defective Items

• If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to make it right at no additional cost to you.
